With the option of dinner at L'Ancienne Bergerie, we are delighted to share with you our passion for cuisine and ingredients, having trained as a chef and gardener. From exploring and savoring the local cuisine and the "artisan" products of the area, accompanied with seasonal wild food from a plentiful harvest and our own homegrown kitchen garden fruit and vegetables, alongside our home reared "Gascon Noir" pigs and "Tarascon" sheep, we can offer a feast to tempt and delight.

Being ideally situated for those of you who enjoy walking & hiking in the higher mountains, or local valley walks, with the pilgrim route "chemin de Saint Jacques" passing only 100 metres away. We are able to provide you with maps and route suggestions for different fitness levels. Or be our guests to relax in comfort without setting a foot off the premises.

Spring and summer offer you a wide variety of mountain flora fauna and wildlife, for enthusiasts to enjoy and identify, also further activities of cycling and enjoying the Tour de France, which regularly passes along the D618 in our valley. Or a refreshing swim at Castillion's open air pool, a 10 minute drive down the valley.

Winter and spring gives you the opportunity to explore the mountains using "raquettes" (snow shoes), taking a slower pace; also cross country and downhill skiing at the local ski resorts of Le Mourtis (1350m to 1860m altitude) 40 mins, Guzet (1400m altitude) 1 hour 10 mins, Peyragudes (1600m to 2400m altitude) 1 hour 30 mins.
